Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

1Preheat oven to 325° F
2In a small saucepan melt butter, sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
3Mix together, eggs, bourbon, vanilla and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
4Pour mixture into pie shell.
5Bake in for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set and golden. May be served warm or chilled.
Single Pie Crust :
Use a lightly floured Dough EZ mat to roll out pastry. Slide back top cover of the Dough EZ mat.
