1In food processor, pulse dry ingredient and slowly add butter pieces.
2Add milk, honey and vanilla and pulse together until crumbly. If too dry add 1 more tablespoon of milk.
3Turn dough out onto lightly floured Dough EZ mat and roll to ¼” thickness.
4Cut into 3” squares or favorite cookie cutters.
5Place on cookie sheet, then brush with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
6Transfer to a prepared baking or parchment lined baking sheet. Prick each cracker a few times with a fork.
7Bake in preheated 350°F oven 15-20 minutes or until dry and lightly browned on the edges.
8Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes on cookie sheets, then place on wire rack and cool completely. (Graham crackers should firm up as they cool.)
1 ½ cups graham flour
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
Add to dry mixture and process to blend:
6 tablespoons milk
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
