Directions

1Stir dry ingredients together.

2Cut in butter pieces until dough is crumbly.

3Slowly add water, a tablespoon at a time. Thoroughly combine, mixing until it slowly starts to comes together into ball without crumbling.

4Form smooth soft dough ball. Cut in half and form 2 round flattened disks. Wrap dough within DoughEZ mat. Chill for 15 minutes.

5Lightly dust dough and DoughEZ mat with flour. Roll out dough within DoughEZ mat using the 12 inch circle guide.

6Slowly peel away cover of mat to release dough. Return cover, flip over and peel back mat from dough.

7Transfer rolled dough directly to pie pan. Let bottom crust drape over sides. Aerate bottom crust with fork. Chill prepared bottom crust until ready to fill. Repeat above steps to roll out upper crust.

8Pour in favorite pie filling. Crimp edges, vent upper crust, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar (optional) Bake in a 350°F oven according to recipe

1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water
