A great investment

I saw the dough EZ demo on Lila Loa's facebook page and knew that I needed to invest in one of these. It has made rolling out cookie dough so easy, mess free and the guides are a huge help to ensure the thickness of the cookie dough is uniform. I have also used this mat to roll out fondant successfully although I have yet to try rolling out pie crust. It didn't come cheap but the convenience of this mat outweighs the cost and for me it is worth it. I would recommend this item to anyone who is passionate about baking cookies! Customer service was excellent!
