Fabulous!

This mat has made cookie-ing so much easier for me! All of my cookies are even now, and I especially love the fact that I can slide the cookies w/parchment right on my cookie sheet to bake... no more wonky cookies from moving from counter to cookie sheet! Also, rolling every scrap of dough is great because I don't need the extra flour! Yay!
